It is ideal for walkers, hikers, bicyclists, rollerbladers, horses, dog walkers, and is also wheelchair accessible. This scenic trail ends at the Georgia/Alabama state line, near Cedartown.
- Smyrna Jonquil Festival
This local festival takes place every Spring and Fall in Smyrna. The festival features over 175 arts & crafts booths, a variety of local food booths, an entertainment stage, and plenty of children’s activities. The huge interactive children’s area includes inflatable activities and sand art, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

The annual Taste of Smyrna – Festival of Delectable is the official start to the fall season at the Village Green in downtown Smyrna. - Smyrna Wine Stroll
Held every Spring, the Smyrna Wine Stroll features more than 70 different wines from around the world! Stroll participants get to enjoy live music and food provided by local restaurants and sponsors as they wander through the village. Proceeds always go to support local charities like Friends of the Smyrna Library, Blind & Low Vision Services of North Georgia, Smyrna Public Safety Foundation (SPSF), Atlanta Pet Rescue & Adoption, The Giving Kitchen and Dreammaker’s Youth Foundation.
